Return Policy
All of our products are custom blended and made to order, so we maintain a strict No Returns, No Exchanges, and No Refunds policy—except in cases where we made an error with your order.
All Sales Are Final.
Due to the sensitive and personal nature of fragrance, and for quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once products have shipped.
Unauthorized returns will be discarded and no credit or refund will be issued.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed once placed. However, if you made a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering—we’ll try to help if your order has not yet entered production.
Try Before You Buy
We strongly encourage customers to purchase sample sizes before ordering full-sized products. Always test scents on your skin to ensure you do not have sensitivities or allergies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Thank you for choosing MCA Fragrance. Each of our products is hand-poured, made to order, and carefully packaged to ensure quality from our door to yours. Please read the following policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are custom made. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and package your order. For example, if you place your order on a Monday, it may ship by Thursday or Friday.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is approved and your order is being processed.
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.
Please note: We do not offer same-day shipping.
Shipping Details
We ship orders within the continental U.S. only at this time. We offer:
• USPS, UPS, and FedEx for standard and ground delivery
• Express shipping options at checkout (additional fees apply)
• Free standard U.S. shipping offers
Please double-check your shipping and billing information before checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may delay processing by 2–3 additional business days.
If your package arrives damaged, please email mcafragranceonline@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
